"We gave him a quote over the phone for one truck load, And it ended up being 2 1/4 loads. I arrived 5 minutes before agreed time. The tree clippings were already loaded on his trailer. I asked him if I could use his trailer since it was already on it? Bennie said yes. Bennie had a lock on the trailer that he didn?t have a key for. I went back to my house to get my grinder. When I came back he was using his that I didn?t know he had. I tightened up his lug nuts with my impact wrench that were very loose, aired his tires up that were 20 psi out of 80 psi, and checked his lights. I brought his trailer back in 30 minutes. I gave him a discount"
