Product was not worth he money. I tried to cancel, they threatened a 500.00 fee for canceling. Would not work with this company again.

"20 year No Clog / No Rust Guarantee Material was purchased. Job scheduled. Workers showed up... and she was going to cancel. No problem but we already purchased the material and guys were on site. She had the option to back out. Of course there would be a 500 dollar charge to cover costs? Youve had the Gutter guard installed for 2 weeks maybe You have a no clog guarantee If you are having any issues at all with it. Call us? 814-888-ROOF What specific issues are there. Well be out to inspect. Weve never had a complaint on our LeafGuard system"

We had our roof repaired about 2 months ago due to leaking from our attic dormer. They came out timely and gave a very responsible quote. The issue is though, they fixed all around or chimney and even changed out all the shingles exempt from where the leading was occurring; the dormer. Every week since, it has rained like crazy, and again, the bucket in the attic is full of water due to the constant leak. I have called customer service, really nice and helpful. I have called the gut who did the estimate, once again, great. When the contractor comes out... He puts some black caulking on the roof and calls it a day. When I inform him the leak is still there, he says even though you have a warranty, the quote was for that side of the roof minutes the dormer, that would cost you more to get that fixed, most likely. Do not use Brink! He called my wife last night ans said he is too busy to custom phone calls and the contractor maybe will come back this week.

"-We said we?d be out tomorrow? -All of our work comes with a warranty. -We aren?t going to warranty a section that we didn?t even work on? -We worked on the worst area. -If you still have water getting in, then you?ll have to do another section. -if water is getting in from the work we did. It?s under warranty."

Was told by another reputable roofer to take down older Chimney cause it was leaking...Chimney was in a flat section of the roof...Brink owner promised he could seal the flat roof and the Chimney, and I did not need to take it down...Needless to say the Chimney and roofing around it leaked even worse and the next Spring collapsed an upstairs bedroom......Had pictures where it had leaked around the chimney, took them to Small Claims Court...but because we had a metal roof installed in the spring, they blamed the other roofer...and I did not have a professional with me in court...So even with video & pictures, the Judge ruled for Brink....So I was out of $4,000... I ended up having the company that installed my metal roof on the un-flat areas of my roof take the chimney down and install metal...and it has notleaked yet...Get everything these people say in writing with photos.

"Allen.... we have been over this countless times, we have shown you over 30 pictures that prove the other company installed a metal roof and tied the metal roof into the rubber roof improperly. The judge understood roof construction. I wish you did because its obvious in the pics. You got scammed by the metal roofing company. An out of state roofing company I have never even heard of before. Please listen. You got scammed by that company twice. I will testify against them free of charge. I told you that before. I actually sincerely like you Allen, but you will be receiving court papers in the mail for libel. Lying is not ok"

Kyle, Thank-you and your employee's for the prompt and exceptional service. A four day turn-around from my initial contact, next day estimate, ordered the two skylights and installed into our home by weekend. My wife and I did not think we would have the skylights installed until next year (AFTER WINTER), that would have delayed our home remodel and installation of the wood ceiling that is needed. It is humbling to know that your attention to deliver service exceeds anybodys expectations. We highly recommend your business and service. Thank you again for a job well done! There is so much I can say but I will say BRINKS DID A FANTASTIC JOB today ! We had a so called roofer put a roof on our back kitchen roof It turned out to be a nightmare it still leaked in the same spot it was terrible so got on HomeAdvisor they ref us to Brinks One call is all it took ! That was yesterday 8/2/2017 We hired them they came the very next day 8/3/2017 10:30 am finished by 4:30pm Job is all finished clean up everything was done in a professional Manor did an awesome job and I want to add thank god we never had a fire cause when they took off the roofing down to the wood come to find out there was 5 layers of shingles on our roof which was a fire hazard We was shocked could not believe it We cant thank Brinks enough for all the work they did we would recommend Brinks to everyone we finally got a roofing company we can trust they might have saved our lives and our leak is no more :)
