I hired him to change flooring in my home. I gave him a very large amount of money. In a 3 month period he work only 5 days. Always an excuse why he could not come. Half the flooring was installed. He put roofing felt paper down between the plywood and new floors instead of the foam that was supposed to be used. Long story short I had to hire someone else to complete the job. When they pulled the the flooring he installed because it was buckling there was extreme rot and mold under the roofing paper from the wood sweating. He refused to return any of my money and I had to press charges on him. So now it is going to cost me even more money to repair the rot that he caused. I gave a 0.5 rating only because I could not put 0.
