Ricardo Briseno is not a professional. He bid a job to refinish my hardwood floors and evidently had no experience in this type of work. Three weeks after I paid my down payment, I had dust everywhere, holes in the floor from someone dragging equipment, and uneven areas that were easily seen. He claimed that my floors would not look brand new and that hand sanders were ok to use on floors versus floor sanders. He originally had his guys sanding my floor ACROSS the grain instead of with it. It is a shame that he took my money knowing that he was not familiar with refinishing floors. I had to have another person come in and clean up his work. I am now looking into a lawsuit under the Deceptive Trade Act of Texas against Briseno Construction for the horrible work he did at my house. Do Not Hire this company and definitely don't give him any money up front.
