Great work, great response, way better pricing than other companies

The price, quality of work, and timing were all very good. We'd use Bristol a second time. Dan did communicate very well so we knew what was going on. That said we ran into explainable delays. Had it not been for the delays I would rate them a 5.0 So the delay was due to an emergency call that our crew needed to make before our job delaying the start by 1.5 hours.

Very fast! Able to replace my broken water heater within 24h.

This company is sloppy and irresponsible. They did not cleanup the ground properly and broke promises twice to come back to do the clean up. They did not put back the water main shutoff access pipe to the ground properly, that resulted in the shutoff valve to the street being inaccessible. I am very mad about this.

Bristol did a good job on a bathroom plumbing job and I would recommend them to others.

We had a gentleman from our church here to supervise the work, since I had to be out. The gentleman is very knowledgable about all plumbing issues, and positively raved about what a good job Dan, and his crew, did. He told me that if he ever needs a job done he will call Bristol. He said they were very efficient, that "the left hand always knew what the right hand was doing." I asked if he would give them 5 stars and he said, "absolutely". Their estimate was also the lowest we were given for the job. Dan also called in the early afternoon the day before the job was scheduled to see if we would like to move it up to later that day, which was a plus for us.

They responded immediately and did not spend too much time to figure out what to do. Dan is straight shooter and professional. Pricing is competitive. We value job quality and they did an excellent job. We enjoyed working with them.

I called, Dan came the next day to look at the job. He gave me an estimate and scheduled me for the following week. They showed up as scheduled, did a great job for a better price than anyone else I contacted, including fixing a rusty pipe a previous very expensive plumber had left me with. I would recommend Bristol Plumbing to anyone I know, and am sure I'll be calling them for any future plumbing jobs in my 68 yr old house

Dan at Bristol Plumbing was great to work with. Of the 4 bids we received for our bathtub and piping project, theirs was the lowest and the quality of their work was excellent. They were clearly experienced plumbers and very straightforward about the complexity and cost of the project. Dan was available to talk with about what we were doing and available to work within a few days. We will be hiring them again for our next plumbing project.

It was a very difficult waterline install that involved many other utilities. A couple of other companies seemed reluctant to take the job and if they did the estimates tended to be higher. Bristol came in at their estimate and seemed more qualified and knowledgeable in getting the job done right. I would highly recommend them.
