Window Cleaning
These guys really know how to get the best results for your windows and showers! If you even have the calcium build up in your showers like we do, then the team and Bright and Clean Windows can get rid of it.... not to mention that your windows will also get super cleaned.... highly recommend them

I also have purchased their proprietary cleaner and sanitizer for my home and it is excellent as well. Tim and his team are the best. Reasonably priced, on time, and excellent work. Could not be happier.

Window Cleaning
they were great , efficient etc. However they missed two windows the guest bedroom and office. I will call them in the AM . I'm sure they will return to do them. The windows and screens they did do were great.
Response from Brite & Clean Windows
"Hi (consumer name withheld per their request) I completely understand you thinking we missed some windows. When we came back to see what you were talking about, it was a case of insulated glass panes with seal failures that had streaking and stain patterns in between that could not be cleaned. That is a real bummer to think people didn't do a thorough job. Hopefully you understand, we really wish the windows were dirty, not damaged form seal failures. If you need a referral to a glass replacement company here in town, we know many of them and can guide you to some replacement options from local contractors. Sincerely, Tim Bloom"

Window Cleaning
I would never hesitate to call Brite & Clean for my next window cleaning. I am a perfectionist, and they made my window glass perfect.
Response from Brite & Clean Windows
"Lynn, I am so glad you were happy with our service. Being a bit Type-A personality myself, I always appreciate when someone with "perfectionist tendencies" tells us we did the job up to their standards. Mom taught me to do it right the first time or not at all (and I can't ever remember getting out of doing my chores the way SHE said they should). Thank you again for trusting Brite & Clean Windows with your home."

Window Cleaning
They cleaned inside and outside windows and they looked good. I asked that they pay attention to the window sills and make sure to get the dirt out and there where a few windows (that were higher up) that were missed and you can see the dirt running down the wall. Just wished they had paid more attention to details.
Response from Brite & Clean Windows
"Thank you for your honest feedback. We strive to provide a 5-star experience to every client and obviously yours did not meet up to either of our expectations. Whether it was the sill or the window glass itself, we would really like to come back, of course free of charge, to touch up that area. If any water ran-off onto the wall and made a drip mark, we will also rinse down that wall when we come back out. We look forward to turning your entire experience with Brite & Clean into a 5-star one!"
