Briton Inspection Services

Vincent did a mold testing for us, he had come out he did a really good work, and it was as expected

He performed an inspection and he was thorough, personable, professional, explained everything, and made sure I understood everything in his report.

Very nice and easy to work with!

Vince was very knowledgable and professional. He was eager to answer all of my questions and made several great recommendations for me. He even gave me info on things not related to the inspection. I would certainly do business with him again

Vincent is very professional and thorough with his work. I would strongly recommend his inspection serIce. Cost also reasonable.

Very knowledgeable and transparent

Inspector was professional, grounded, and kind. I appreciated that he spoke frankly regarding the home issues and did not speak over my head. All of the information is actionable and we received some additional color regarding issues found as I walked around with him. He was extremely thorough but did not take up too much of my time. His report is an invaluable resource for our road map to get the house in order. We feel like we will not be wasting our budget on frivolous upgrades before structural and technical issues are complete now. I am extremely pleased with our decision to utilize Briton Contracting as our first step towards fixing up and selling our home.

Vince was able to set up an appointment the same week I called. He was fast but THOROUGH!! Communication was easy and consistent. And the report he provided was not only comprehensive, but easy to understand. My wife, who isn't very technical, had no problem understanding what the report said and what fixes were needed. I will definitely recommend his services!!!

Contractor was very professional and knowledgeable. Showed up on time and helped with our problem at a very reasonable price

Before signing a purchase agreement on an older, fixer-upper home, I requested home inspection quotes through Home Advisor. That same day I received a call from Vince, the owner of Briton Contracting. He spent time answering my questions and explaining the inspection. Less than a week later, the inspection was done and the detailed report, with pictures and explanations, were in hand. He promptly answered all my follow-up questions as well. Vince does great work and cares about delivering a good work product to the customer. Most importantly, his knowledge and thoroughness gave me the ability to make the right decision. I highly recommend Briton Contracting.

Vince was the first to QUICKLY respond to my inquiry about needing a home inspector. He literally called me within 15 minutes which really impressed me. As a first time home buyer, I was afraid I was going to be taken advantage of with the whole process but I was quickly put at ease when I talked to him on the phone. He clearly explained his pricing and what all it would include. On the day of the inspection, my fiance and I arrived at the house a little before our scheduled time to start and he was already there surveying things. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough during the inspection. No stone left unturned, yet, in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend him-very thorough, educated, efficient, accurate, goes the extra mile and the most reasonable price I came across (and I looked at a LOT).Give him a call-you won't regret it

Vince was very knowledgeable and supportive of our needs. He came out immediately and worked with us to resolve our issues. He also happened to be the best price that we were quoted. I recommend him highly.

Very detailed and thorough . Provided exactly the information we need to access our home so marketability.

Vincent was great. He performed a radon test, mold, and general home inspection for a home we were interested in purchasing. Told us about a lot of things that we were not aware of and how we could make our new home better. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and took a lot of time answering our questions.

Very friendly and very knowledgeable!

Very responsive and very thorough. Highly recommend. Would use again.

Vincent was prompt, reliable, and detailed. After he completed the inspection, he explained the existing and potential issues in the home. His informative feedback made me feel more comfortable in making the decision to buy the home. I will call him again the next time I am in the market to buy a property.

I was very happy with the services provided. The guy here was on time and efficient, and explained his process along the way. He also kept us informed over the next few days of the status of our testing. I would definitely recommend.
