We had a heating issue and called for service. We are an elderly couple and without heat. We called on Monday and during the week they moved the appointment 3 times (canceling without explanation). We had them do work last year and they were fine, but this is simply ridiculous. We will not use again.

I had a very old furnace from the 1980s that was on its last legs. Britt-Air evaluated the condition and gave me the option to replace the blower or to replace the whole unit, with multiple price options. The new furnace took a few weeks to arrive due to supply chain issues but their techs were competent and courteous and did a great job from start to finish.

Have used Britt-Air for upkeep and maintenance of my home central heating and A/C for over 10 years. Scott and his crew have always displayed expertise and knowledge re: any issues with either heat or A/C and have rectified in a timely fashion. Always on time, very professional staff, I highly recommend their services and will continue to use them for many years to come.

Gas Heating and Furnace Service
They quickly responded to my request (less than hour after posting) and were out to the house the next day Where I expected a replacement estimate, they quickly reviewed the situation and said only a repair was necessary ($10K vs $500). They had the immediate problem resolved same day. They reviewed the full furnace situation, and returned a few days later to with replacement valves as preventive maintenance. And when the final job was completed, it was less than the original estimate!

I'd been quoted $8k to replace the full AC by another large firm, and that a repair/fix made no sense.. "why put new tires on an old jalopy!?" however, the Britt Air owner could come right over. He got right to business and saw that he could get the AC repaired with 3 parts and for only $800., which he did the next day. He was focused, pleasant, didn't mind my questions, and attentive to deal. I am a big fan!
