I believe this is possibly a scam. We had Catherine Belan out to give us help in designing a pool house and possibly be our General Contractor. We met twice at our home. We saw no flags in our research of this company and Catherine seemed quite knowledgeable. However, once a contract was signed and $1500.00 retainer fee paid... she has made several appointments with us only to not show up or cancel at last minute. We ve been doing this for a couple of months. She will not return my phone calls, texts or emails. I have contacted Home Advisor to inform them of this problem. I want my money back.

Ms. Belan works very well with her clients to get a good feel of what they are looking for and trying to tie this in with her experience to get the best results. She also pays a lot of attention to the workers she hires to be sure they do a good and timely job. Very strongly recommend this company.
