Do not, I repeat DO NOT use Broadview heating and cooling. They came out to service my generator, never changed air filter with the service (dated 2017) and did not fix the oil leak, that they claimed they fixed. They are refusing to come back to check their work unless I pay $100 for them to come back. They claim air filters are not changed with the service of a generator which cost $200. I am no HVAC person, but would think changing a filter that is 7 years old would be standard procedure. Then charged $220 to change 2 lines that were leaking oil. Well it is still leaking oil. The â dispatch managerâ Elizabeth unwilling to let me speak to the owner Tom. Very poor customer service and for over $440 wasted of my hard earned money to still have the issue I paid to be fixed.
