I had this company clean and stain my 2 decks and gazebo. They did a phenomenal job suggesting the right color and getting this project done in a timely manner, even though it was raining practically every day. Jake even went above and beyond to do some extra jobs for me associated with the gazebo. I would certainly use him, again, if another project arises.

The Broadway Team that came to our home did a great job of properly preparing our Basement to be painted, painted our Basement ceiling, all the walls (2 different colors) Trim, Doors, etc. They put on primer and 2 coats of Sherman-Williams Paint. They also put in a vinyl floor which looks great. All curtains, rods, etc were all put back in place just as they found them when they arrived. We had received 6 Companies which gave us quotes….spoke to each of them a number of times and ended up choosing Jake Laden and Broadway Renovations out of While Lake Michigan. Our Basement was pretty large at around 1500 square feet …so it was a pretty big job. They went well out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job …and even did extra by picking up all the material. If we have any other work we would love to use them again. I/we highly recommend the entire team and pleasant ….competent …and results focused. We were 100% satisfied.

Jake, the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with! He did what the job was estimated at and even did a few things beyond that. He cleaned up my property meticulously! I highly recommend him! I will call him again if I need deck work for sure!
