Communication occurred via text which contributed to misunderstanding regarding job specifics and payment. Would have preferred some specifics up front but it all was resolved in the end.

"I was in not told of any issue. Can we talk. As far as payment I?m not sure what happen. as most company take cash or card. Not sure where that is an issue. I was not aware you didn?t have a PayPal. That is not my fault. As 99% of all costumer have on to do payment. The price stayed the same as I quote you via text."

Brock was very responsive and very clear on price work to be done ect. They did a great job and had the appropriate equipment. They were all pleasant to deal with. I gave them 4.5 stars only because they were over 30 mins late and I hate when people are late, but, still a great job and I would hire them again for my hauling needs.

Two great guys came and did really heavy work getting rid of lots of items. Good price for the amount of work they did. We will be using them again shortly.

Although they did take almost everything out of the home, there were cupboards that were not cleaned out. I was left with 4 large bags of items to dispose of. I was told there would be 3 people, a truck and traler. Only 2 people and 1 trailer appeared. I was told they would sweep everything after everything was removed, which was mot done. I am still waiting for a receipt for estate purposes after 2 requests. The good - i did not have to clean out an 1800 square foot home and they did a good job with most of the cleaning out.

"I'm confused on this your husband or Gentlemen that was there said that we got everything. As far as sweeping we only sweep if asked to. On the receipt I sent it the same day you called and asked for it. If you haven't received it please let me know so I can resend to you. I'm sorry thing had been missed as far as we where told we got everything. With the 3rd guy not being on site I couldn't make it my wife at to be taking to the hospital so I wasn't able to make it."

I paid $250 to remove a substantial amount of items. It was $50 higher than the quote on the phone which was given without an on site visit. They do have a recycle place in the back of their truck which is limited in size compared to the junk trailer. The guys that came were very nice and did a great job. I would hire them again.

If you need "stuff" gone, this is the best way I have found to do it. These guys were in communication from the time I contacted them, on time and the price is much much lower than I imagined it could be and I threw away what I thought was a lot of stuff. Nice people, quick work, very thorough. Highly recommended and I will hire them again when I need things to disappear.
