Our well pump went, and we had no water. We called and they showed up within the hour on a Saturday in the middle of a pandemic to replace the pump. In less than an hour the problem was fixed.

A day late and a dollar short!! The team that visited my home for service was great. Everything was explained in away in which I could make the beat decision for my home. They able to do the work and part with knowledge on maintenance and up keep. The cost $$ was high but the workmanship was sound clean. Any future hiccups will addressed by this company. Thank you

Very knowledgeable and efficient. Had that 'can do' attitude. It is a 3 generation family owned business. My well is 300 feet deep and they were able to replace the pump with no problem.

He charged me fifty dollars extra because he had to work in a crawlspace to replace my well tank. Unfair! To me, this comes with his job. His price was already high. He did not itemize cost of materials or labor on the bill. He did not discuss warranties with me. He did not estimate the cost for me and the huge final price was an unpleasant surprise.

I was extremely pleased with the quality and efficiency in which Todd and his son worked. My submersible well pump failed along with my expansion tank and relay capacitor late last night. Todd called me back within 5 minutes of my call and assured me that he'd be over the first thing in the morning. He showed up on time and worked through a torrential down pour to pull my failed pump and pvc connection pipe out and replaced it with a new unit and flexible hose conduit. He also replaced my damaged well cap and rewired my pump connection in my basement as he replaced my old (30+ years) metal expansion tank with a new pvc unit. He was very easy to talk to as was his son and he advised me on other improvements that I could make to my foundation (small leak). He gave me an estimate at the beginning of his visit and the final bill was very reasonable. I am using Brodeur Pump for all of my well pump needs going forward and will recommend them to all of my friends and relatives.

Tod and Bob were helpful, prompt and efficient. After speaking with them on Saturday night, they arrived at 9 am on Father's Day and quickly addressed the issue with our well. Highly recommended.

Todd and Bob Did a fantastic job! My well was 30 years old but the problem was a break at the connection to the pump. The problem was isolated quickly. I needed to get an excavator to dig the hole to the pump connector. A great thing was that Todd stayed with the job instructing and working with the excavator until he was done. Todd then repaired the break and my water is running better than ever. Due the age of my pump and my water requirements, Todd installed a larger pump at 3/4 HP. Don't go anywhere else!

He did great and showed up on time. I had a really great experience with John.
