Water Heater Installation and Replacement
The problem was identified for the plumber; however, they had to send a technician out to verify problem and charge $175.00. They did not bring the pre-identified faulty component with them. They then took an additional four days to get the component. The installation of the originally identified faulty component was installed in ten minutes with an additional charge of $250.00. I would not recommend this Plumber to my worst enemy.

"Giving us an error code is not a diagnosis. We went out and opened up the tankless (something the customer could not do himself), corresponded with Rheem, and tried to get the igniter for free but it was out of warranty. Rheem said the part would take 5 days but we actually got it in 3 (went out Tuesday, returned and completed Friday). It's an unfortunate situation but we did the best we could."

The estimating and hiring process and timeliness were excellent. Once selected, the technician (Bernie) was scheduled and did the installation the same day. I am completely satisfied with Brodway and recommend them highly.

Replaced the faucet and probably unnecessarily replaced the valves which doubled the cost. Then when I went to use my perfectly functioning garage disposal it no longer functioned and they did not respond when I called them. Shortly after writing thereview I received a phone call. He did a very good job. He called before he showed up to confirm his arrival time, just as I had requested. He came in and went right to work. 40 minutes later job was done, paid for and he was heading to his truck. I will definitely be using this company again.

Replumbed house in one very long hot day. Seems to be quality work (permit inspection is pending). Very courteous and careful with details of the work. Good explanation of what needed to be done and risk of breaking a tile panel on tub (but it did not break). Foreman was good at making sure the person working in the attic didnâ t stay up there for long to avoid heatstroke.
