Bernie went above and beyond after realizing we still had no hot water he came back after hours no fault of his it was ours .Thats great customer service he could have waited to comeback first thing in the morning instead he came back that evening at 9 pm to make sure my family could take hot showers before work

The end job was completely different from what I was expecting. The price was also more than expected I end hiring another plumbing company to redo the entire job.

"Customer requested we go out and bypass his softener system because it broke and he had no water. We went out the same morning and waived the emergency fee. We then confirmed what needed to be done and he agreed. He said he no longer wanted the softener system. We went above and beyond by bypassing his system (what he paid for) and even removed his softener system. After completion he changed his story about what he wanted. We offered to change it according to his new request but he insisted that he was ok with the repair and happy he now has water."

Brodway Contracting kept me up dated about my tech, when he would be arriving. The tech was very nice and new what he was doing. He also was masked and wore gloves. Explain everything that need to be done and cleaned up after finish repair. Cost was very reasonable, will be calling them again.

They arrived before the scheduled time and completed work in a timely fashion. They explained the operation of the unit and helped us set up the app for the Hybrid Heat Pump. Our water feels hotter than it ever has which we like. Plus the digital display is nice and the app seems to work great with all of the settings that we can use (set in vacation mode, energy saver, temperature control, etc.)
