Opening our doors in 1945, Brody Pennell has been the Greater Los Angeles area's most trusted and experienced HVAC technicians for decades. A dealer of Carrier products and heating and cooling systems for over 50 years, we are today the only Carrier Dealer in the West Los Angeles area. With over 70 years experience in residential and commercial heating and cooling, we have the expertise and the know-how to bring our customers unique solutions to all HVAC needs and concerns. Though we are one of the longest-running HVAC companies in the Los Angeles area, we pride ourselves on offering the most up-to-date and efficient heating and cooling system technologies including smart home integration, wireless system controls, digital programmable thermostats, and indoor zoning controls. Arrived 45 minutes late, but within the original slotted time-frame...good technician...UPDATE!!! I received a bill for the work indicating payment is required...my check from the day of the work has cleared and they got their money...they BILLED ME AGAIN@@!!!!!!! What nerve!

Tech was prompt and friendly. He id the fairly quickly too. He did have a little difficulty with the repair due to lack of knowledge with our particular model but was able to resolve the issues. Would recommend his company.

Tom fixed the heater by replacing a capacitor for $249 which seemed high to me. But when I asked him to wait a few minutes while I washed the filter and dried it so he could replace it in the ceiling, his manager quoted an additional $30 just to put it back. Poor business man...should have done it gratis after collecting his $249. Especially when I told him I couldn't climb up on ladders at my age (very senior citizen). Also, I like to be billed labor and parts separately and they don't so I don't know if the charge was high or in line. But the heater is now working.

Everyone I dealt with was super nice, considerate, and clean. They also provided a financing plan that allowed me to buy the model that my space required.

After living in our house for 10 years without AC and the original floor furnace, Brody Pennell installed a new energy efficient HVAC system last week. They did an amazing job including patching the walls and arranging for attic insulation. I've used them for my clients in the past and finally got to experience their white glove service!

This company gave me the best service. I had called other air conditioning companies and they gave me a hard time with negotiating, but when I got in contact with this company it was the easiest process ever. I had a really old HVAC and they told me about a replacing it with a brand new one. Highly recommended for sure
