Fred Hansen and his crew were polite, friendly and professional. From getting the quote, until the job was done, all went smoothly. Prices are very reasonable. My job wasn't straight forward as the trees were old, tall and on a hill, but they handle the situation like the seasoned pros they are. You will not go wrong with this company. Lacey works behind the scene getting you the quotes, contracts and insurance information you need and was very helpful. Thank you Broken Branch for all you did, I will definitely call you when I need more tree service.

The team at Broken Branch did a great job today. I was told they’d be here in the afternoon and was updated and told they were on their way. The guys were very professional and had a great system. They took the tree down and cleaned up as they went. Ran the chipper over the stump and raked. Great price and performance, highly recommend.

Very professional - actually did a little extra for me and really cleaned up when they were finished. Did a great job cutting and removing two medium size trees. I was especially pleased with the care they took when falling the trees not to damage smaller evergreen trees below. Would most definitely hire them again.

They came on time. Dug right in and completed the job in 2 hours. Cleaned up area and took away all cuttings and left yard clean. They were very professional and courteous. Would definitely hire them again when the need arises.
