Write a ReviewI hired them to fix my tv. They showed up to diagnose the problem and claimed they can fix it if they order a part, which will take 3-4 days to arrive. It cost $40 for providing the estimate. I paid with a $50 bill. He said he had no change so I agreed to put the extra 10 bucks towards the cost of the part/labor (which was quoted at $175). After 3 weeks of texting/calling with no response, I've come to realize that they're crooks and have no intention of coming back to fix my tv. Apparently, they do this often according to 100% of their Google reviews.
Xpress TV Repair do not recommend/do not use this business for repair services. 70" inch smart tv was damaged by Louis. Louis left the screw out the back of TV which secure the screen @the bottom of TV base, applied to much pressure on the flat screen has left dots on the screen. Contacted Louis awaiting for a reply before taking further actions.
I trusted them to come to my home, they never followed up with me. I don't trust them anymore.
Problem: Television power on but no picture. Techician came out and did diagnostic test on the television. He found out what the problem was. Or so he thought. The technician took apart my television put the part on that he ordered but the picture still did show. He tried different things. He gave up and now the television no longer powers on. Call and text him many times. No response took the money and didnâ t complete the job. I would never recommend this company. I left out a lot of other things he did , but I just wanted to let consumers beware of this company.
Took weeks waiting for a part. Fixed switch problem on my tv but picture quality is very poor. Dark areas. Waiting for a part turned to no communication or response. $565.00 later cannot enjoy my 75 inch Samsung tv. The techs name is Lou. Buyer beware!
He was here to repair a samsung tv. Cashed a $500 check. Did not repair the tv. Same problem when he left. Said he was ordering a part, and has never called back. The check was cashed immediately after the home visit so could not be cancelled. I definitely would never recommend this company!
I didn't even know there were tv repair people anymore! This was surprisingly a seamless experience ,my tv was salvaged and I came WAY below my original budget. Our tech was helpful, knowledgeable, affordable and professional. He called, confirmed and arrived on time. This was a refreshing especially since Covid had changed so much.
