Shortly after moving in water leaking into our bedroom. The floor had to be torn up out the bedroom door out . They thought they fixed it and repaired the floor. shortly after that, another storm and the water came into the room again. They finally found the leak and repaired the floor. With the first freeze, the pipe on the outside wall froze at the toilet. He told us to Thaw it out with a space heater. It worked but it kept tripping the circuit breaker. They said there was no way to fix the problem. I later found out that was not true. They could have used an electric wrap around the pipe. Their electrician did a poor job since the small heater keeps tripping the circuit breaker as do the kitchen appliances (oven, stove, and microwave) when used together. We would not hire them again. They did some things but they did many things that were unacceptable. We will not use them again.

Bromwell Construction began working on a mother-in-law-suite/addition for our family home in late December. The work, now 99% finished, is top-notch. Frank Sr. designed the 685 sq. ft. space and worked closely with us to meet our needs. From the beginning, communication was superb. Frank was patient with us, open to changes and discussion, and very customer oriented. He's a detail man, and the craftsmanship employed by he and his workers proves that something functional can also be well-made and beautiful. Each of his employees is friendly, and talented. If you have a long-term project, that's important. Bromwell is a family business, and their honesty, ability to listen, and initiative is second to none. We lucked out when we chose them for this project. We couldn't be happier!

Personable, easy to work with. I would recommend and hire again.

Bromwell Construction is a very customer service oriented company. We had many changes during our construction phase that were handled in a very timely and professional manner. Frank and his team are very knowledgable about different types of materials and provided good guidance. His team added siding LP smart side siding to back of our house, built us a deck with TimberTech material, installed a bay window and extended the roof over the deck. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Mr Bromwell completed the job in a timely mannor. He power washed the house also removing the gutter covers to clean them.

It was prompt and he arrived when he said he would.

MR Bromwell went out of his way to complete the job . I certainly can recommend him for any job that you might have.
