So far I have had a terrible experience with this company. It began fine with open communication and a great price quoted. However, we were promised the ground would be seeded following the excavation. It was not seeded and though it was promised both verbally and in writing, the company has stopped responding. Our yard has still not been seeded and the job is incomplete. I would expect more than this for a professional organization that supposedly is driven by customer service. I would love to be able to provide a positive review if the work is completed properly, but as of yet am unable to do so.
