Excellent experience with Brook Forest Electric. It’s rare to find a local team that truly understands the high stakes of industrial operations, but they nailed it. We brought them in for some specialized troubleshooting on our controllers and a MUCH needed panel upgrade at our facility. They were professional, stayed focused on our safety protocols, great at communication, and kept our uptime a priority so we didn't lose our valuable production time, especially with us being a smaller local business. I was so impressed with their commercial work that I actually had them out to my house for a residential fix last week. Brandt was on time and professional through the estimate and install of my hot tub disconnect. He showed me multiple options of how to get the wire to the disconnect so that I had the most unintrusive piping. He explained and tested the safety functions so I had a good understanding of the safety. To finish the job he swept, vacuumed, and caulked all finished work. Would recommend 10/10
