Iâ ve had the opportunity to work with many contractors on various projects over the years. Although most do the required work few go above and beyond. Both Arron the owner of Brookens Roofing and Chad the project manager were superior in every way. From selection of products to install everything went perfectly. The entire Brookens team was available to make sure we were happy. Fantastic work! Iâ d give more stars if I could.

Brookens Construction was organized, courteous and thorough in the entire process of our new roof. They met with my insurance adjuster as well as helping with the type and color of shingle. They did an amazing clean up job and left my yard looking the same as when they arrived. Amazing people to work with and so happy we chose them!

We are very pleased with the work done on our house by Brookens Construction. The crew was very professional and finished in a timely manner. We are especially grateful to Brian for helping us select a color that worked well with our roof and some brick on the front side of our house.

I had Brookens Construction do a new roof on my home. It was a great experience working with Billie and his team. They have an awesome team who were under the direction of Chad and the work they did was outstanding. They were courteous and professional from start to finish. The roof was stripped of 2 layers of shingles and the new roof installed all in one day!

WOW!! Amazing!! Not only is the finished roof spectacular, but... now that I know how many tedious, careful, cautious, and painstaking days are involved with roof REMOVAL... OMG, these guys are the BEST!! When the project was complete they walked us around and THEY noticed a couple things that should be changed. Highly recommend.

I contacted Brookens Construction about possible damage to my roof and siding during a hail storm. They worked with my insurance company and determined the siding was damaged and insurance covered a portion of it (not all sides of my home were damaged). I looked around to see others rates, since I had to cover the balance insurance wouldn't pay. They were very competitive. I was impressed with how fast they completed the repairs, despite the cold windy weather we had! They told me well in advance when they were coming to do the repairs which was helpful. I have received many compliments on the new siding!

Our first meeting with Aaron was great, he was very knowledgeable. After signing the contract, it went downhill from there. We were told many times we would give a phone call when the work would begin and instead the crew just showed up. We had to change our plans to give them access to our property. Also, a large amount of debris was left behind after the roof was completed and we had to call and have someone come back and remove it. Also, a large number of nails were left behind and a young neighbor girl stepped on one and injured her foot. Months went by, before we received an invoice, after asking several times for one and it did not match the contracted quote we signed. The invoice was for quite a bit more than we agreed to. The explanation was that our insurance determined the cost was higher and we are to reimburse Brookens for the higher amount. We would not recommend working with this company in the future.

I hired a roofing company "Brookens Construction," through Home Advisor tv ad. Brookens Construction came out to complete a repair on my roof from hail damage, and to repair one side of my garage facing the road. I signed an agreement, and after signing the agreement Brookens Construction added like a supplemental agreement stating that they performed work that they never did, and they submitted it to my insurance company adding it to the claim so they could profit on $12,000. They did not offer me an appointment time, but rather just called, and said aggressively "Hey, we will be coming out to do your roof on Tuesday or whatever date they said." As far as the siding they showed up without my permission or set appointment. After I returned from work I noticed they did not clean up after, and they left a mess in my yard including debris from the shingles. They were also supposed to replace a down- spout due to hail damage that was added to the insurance claim by the adjuster, but instead they put the old down-spout back on rather then a new one that was covered by insurance.

After going back and forth choosing the right shingle, Aaron showed incredible patience and really wanted us to be happy with the final product. My husband who was in the construction business was more concerned with the workmanship and was very impressed with the quality of the work. Aaron and Brandon were great to work with from start to finish.

Hi everyone. If you are considering Brookens Construction for your home, I would completely recommend that you hire them. This company was very professional and addressed all our needs. Aaron and his crews transformed our house into a beautiful masterpiece. It started as an old, tired looking house, and now we have a beautiful home to extenuate our hours and hours of landscaping. Aaron was on site and made sure everything we wanted was completed to our satisfaction. He went above and beyond to make sure our home was treated with care and respect. Aaron and his crew were amazing they worked well with all the weather changes we have a barn that was in such bad shape after the hail and wind storm, our old barn has a new life.
