Very fast response and quick repair of a well pressure tank switch. Not sure about the cost compared to others, but I am satisfied with the value.

I thought the overall price was a little steep considering this was a very simple repair job. Materials consisted of replacing one clamp and one screen, with roughly 15-20 minutes for labor and the cost came to $145 .

I called Brookman plumbing after I had recieved another estimate on my job. Brookman was much lower in price than the other contractor. We went over what I wanted to do and he seemed very proficient. I arranged for him to come out and do the rough in, he was able to come out a little early and did the rough in in about an hour,with a half hour for the glue to dry. I was very happy with his work and will probably use him again if his price is right.

Mr. Brookman scheduled service the same day I called. He came within the time frame he said he would; he stated the price of the job, which was reasonable, before he started; he fixed our slow drain quickly and checked to see that it worked; he cleaned up when he was done; and he was professional and pleasant. I was very pleased with the service from Mr. Brookman and will use him in the future.

Very, very pleased. Robert was scheduled to come out the next day between 10:00am and 12:00 noon and be done before 1:00pm. He called around 11:00am and arrived about 10 min. later. He assessed my situation quickly and had to cut the out the elbow drain underneath the kitchen sink to get to the blockage. Charged me a little extra to replace the elbow of the drain with a connected access to clear out any future blockages on my own. Charged intially $165.00 for the repair, added only another $30.00 dollars for the added on access to the drain. Total cost: 195.00 was considered very reasonablly priced. I highly recommend his service.

Rob called the same day I had posted a message, listened carefully and called back to provide options and prices. We decided on the Navien CR-240A and arranged for an installation date. He kept me updated on the arrival of the item and came the following day. The installation went flawlessly and his work was very professional and neat. I had some questions about configuration options a couple of days later and he offered to stop by and take a look. I was very impressed by Mr. Brookman and wouldn't hesitate to use him again or refer him to family and friends.
