We are a family owned and operated business and pride ourselves in providing the highest quality on-site residential & commercial glass & mirror services to the greater Columbus area. Check out our BBB rating as well as our Service Magic rating. A+ with no complaints in the last 36 months. Or ever, for that matter. We pride ourselves in doing it right the first time and 100% customer satisfaction. If we do make a mistake (since we do have humans working for us) we own up to the problem and correct it immediately. Fortunately this rarely happens. :) Glass shower door and enclosures are our specialty. We also have a stained and leaded glass specialist on staff. We look forward to working with you on your next project.

They were very good and did as fast as possible in the middle of our best snow for the season when they even had 2 truck down also and the knew what they were doing to make sure my mirror was back in the safes way possible

Initial contact was made right away. I explained the job and received a quote over the phone. I sought other estimates then followed up to schedule time to complete the job. I was told over the phone it was a two man job on several occasions. One person was sent out and had to leave and reschedule. I had taken time off work. The scheduler was apologetic. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours to complete the job. It took less than 30 minutes. I did pay the original estimate amount in full for the service call for two individuals. They also took the mirrors at my request which will likely be reused for another purpose.

They were professional and knowledgeable about the job that I needed done and were very quick about ordering and getting the replacement glass in. The technician (who gave the initial estimate and replaced the glass) in particular was very friendly and went as far as to clean out the shattered door for me before even choosing the company to perform this repair. All around a great experience.

they came to measure as they said they would, were prompt with the estimate.....came out to install the glass, the first piece cracked and still have to install a good one, but so far i'm feeling quite satisfied with how they're doing and feel they'll do a fine job, i would both use, and recommend them again
