These guys are horrible. The contractors they use have the worst craftsmanship. Every time I pointed something out that was not right or I was not happy with, all I heard was excuses why it looked like that. I was the manager on the job, not them. I was constantly contacting them and reminding them what had to get done or pointing out things that were missed. Now that the job is fully paid for, I am getting phone calls from contractors they used that have never been paid. When I called BCG to tell them about the harassing phone calls from their contractors they called and hired, I was told these contractors were referred to me and it was my responsibility to pay them. What a joke these guys are.
