Brooks was late but did good quality work ! I would use them again however I do not think you should have to pay for traveling cost !!!! Especially if you are going to use them for service.

They came an hour and a half after their window, which did not really bother me, since that is pretty common. They did the work and their price seemed reasonable for the service, but then they charged a $450.00 travel fee. Totally unacceptable since there office is less that 20 minutes from my home.

The person was an hour late and did not call to advise he was running late. He was very nice and I think repaired my issue. His boss was going to call me to discuss a better HVAC system as mine is old but I never received the follow-up call. Overall a decent job but not sure I would use them again.
