I am writing to share my experience with Brooks Pest Control and to caution others against using their services. I hired this company to address a rat infestation in my attic. Despite three service visits, the technician refused to enter the attic to place traps where the main activity was located. Instead, they placed 2 traps at the entrance, traps I could have gotten from Home Depot. This approach felt like a deliberate attempt to prolong the issue rather than resolve it, meaning the longer you use their services, the more profitable the business is. Furthermore, the company stopped showing up for scheduled services for three months while continuing to charge my bank account.When I contacted them, they claimed they could not reach me to schedule appointments which is not true and refused to issue a refund for the undelivered services. Even after I explicitly called to cancel, they continued to charge my account for another 3 mo. I eventually had to involve my bank to stop charges

They are LITERALLY CRIMINALS!!!! This is a sham business for criminals to get into your house! They will send a thief to your home and you will be robbed!! We hired Brooks for spider control and they sent a technician out who offered to spray inside. He was suspiciously done within 3 minutes (yes we have the Ring video to prove it) and he was gone before we knew it. He headed straight to the master bedroom, rifled through our things, stole a large amount of money and then he took off. We suspected he was a professional thief because he was so efficient. Well, we were right - they sent someone into our family home with a lengthy criminal record. When we called the business we could not get any manager, owner or supervisor to talk to us. We got a "customer service agent" in the Philippines and an "account manager" in Utah who was could offer a coupon for dissatisfied customers. THEY didn't call the police, we did! This wasn't a rogue employee - this is a business model.

omg! worst company. Do not use them trust the reviews they will not treat you different. Their technicians never show up and that causes their service to linger only had a 12month contract and when I called to make sure they don't come back. They said I had one more. Again, because they don't show up so how can the service even work. I even called when they didn't show up and was told I would not be charged but here I am being held to one more visit. The account manger Dorin is the worst , being that your customer is frustrated and wanted answers and him stating the same statement proves they don't care what happens or the customer. he ended-the call saying he's going to cancel service and charged me. This is their scam, cause frustration and get their payment for cancellation. I called back and spoke to another rep who actually allowed me to vent, and basically said they have higher ups that don't take calls or even if you write a letter, it goes back them. So, no one really

They really did and very polite.

They are really good and they come back id there is any pest left.
