I would give 5+ Stars. He completes the job as it should be done. If there are any hiccups in the job he just takes care of it. Very positive attitude and very knowledgeable. He found a hole in the water main line that actually belonged to my neighbor and he fixed for free. Because the job took extra time he came back on the weekend to finish. He coordinates really well with the public utilities has a great report and they respect him. I was a contractor 35 years and I understand the business and Philip is absolutely one of the best. This is the "guy you wished you had hired"!
