Brookstone contacted me immediately after I listed my request. Their bid was competitive and work was completed two days later. Very impressed...would definitely use again. Very nice people and we're very happy with the finished rusults.

I received an e-mail from Barry the same day I entered a Servicemagic request. The next day Barry was out to talk with us and give us an estimate for sod installation/sprinkler installation and other landscaping for our yard. Within two days we had a completed project! Barry worked with us to stay within our budget and gave us a beautiful yard for our son to enjoy. Barry and his staff were all very courteous, punctual and efficient. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would recommend them highly and plan to use them again when we are ready to complete the front yard. Thanks Barry.

Barry called immediately. We made an estimate appointment and he showed up on time. I thought the price was a little high, but in fairness I didn't have time for any other estimates, so I had nothing to compare it to. The job was done in 1&1/2 days. Excellent job. My lawn looks outstanding.

Barry, gave me the lowest estimate to have my sprinkler fixed. What I liked best about his service is that he does not charge a two hour minimum like many other places.

It is ashame that you don't have EXCELLENT as a choice. I would have chose that catagory every time. I am absolutely and totally pleased with the work and the choice of plants Brookstone provided for me. I will most assuridly use this landscaping company in the future!

The project looks great. The guys came in and did a very impressive job for the money. No job is too small and that is always good to know. The guys cleaned up after the job was completed. Their punctuality was on mark. Communication needs work. Follow-up phone calls is very important to alot of people and if that part is not met, that can make or break a deal.

Barry was great! He also provided before and after photos for us and sent them via email. We were not around during the time he did the job. He was prompt and professional.

THEY QUOTED US 1200 FOR A MORTAR JOB AND THE DAY BEFORE IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE COMPLETED, THEY CHANGED THE PRICE TO 1750.00. WE FOUGHT FOR A COMPROMISE AND DID NOT GET IT. WE PAID IN GOOD FAITH. THE MORTAR CRACKED AND WE FOUGHT FOR TWO MONTHS FOR THEM TO COME BACK AND REPAIR IT. 3X THEY TRIED TO FIX IT. RELUCTANTLY THEY STARTED OVER, NO LONGER USING MORTAR BUT STILL CHARGED US FOR IT. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND US FOR A JOB WE NEVER GOT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. WE CONTRACTED FOR A FLAGSTOME MORTAR JOB AND GOT A SAND/ GRAVEL JOB THAT IS NOT COMPLETED.

Would use again very good work better price than most.
