Brookwood Construction Group, LLC

I am very pleased with our new Trex deck boards. Working with Ryan and his installers was a pleasure. This company is truly professional and I very highly recommend them for anyone requiring deck work.

This past spring, we knew the time had come to replace our 25-year-old deck. I went on Home Advisor to find three contractors as required by my Husband to get quotes. Within a minute of pushing send I got a call from Brandon Wyble and we had agreed on a time for him to come out and give us an estimate. One of the companies I chose one opted not to respond and the other wanted to build a deck with all the bells and whistles. I stressed that we didn’t need a fire pit, hot tub, planters or seating. We just wanted a nice simple deck. Brandon and Ryan agreed to this. Only problem is that even though I had researched what kind of deck we needed I failed to determine how much it would cost. Needless to say I was a bit floored. I would have hired Brandon and Ryan on the spot had I not been shell shocked. Not that they weren’t reasonable as I later found but we had not done the homework on how much a project like this would be. Anyway, we decided to rethink our deck project for a while. A couple of months later we went to a friend’s home and noticed there was a Brookwood Outdoor Living/Construction sign in their yard. Then we saw their amazing deck. We asked about the service as we could see the quality and they gave them five stars. Our host said he had gotten many estimates and these guys gave the best bang for the buck. So I emailed Ryan when we got home to rave and assured them when we finally got a deck they’d be the ones to give it to us. A few months later we decided that our current deck really needed to be put out of its misery and it was time to bite the bullet. So we invited the Wyble brothers back out to tweak our visions of grandeur of Trex, lighting and even a storage unit. We agreed on a price and were good to go. On the exact day they said they would start they did. We’ve had many contractors in our home through the years and this rarely happens. Plus, anyone who has been hired to do anything outdoors usually leave a mess. They took way longer than planned. Not that way with Brookwood Outdoor Living/Construction. They started the Monday after Thanksgiving and by December 1st our not-completed deck looked way better than our old one. Within another week it was complete and it is breathtaking. I’ve been asked as to how I will decorate it. Right now I’m thinking it doesn’t need furniture, plants or a grill. It is beautiful just on its own. So if you are shopping for a new deck at a reasonable price, you want it completed quickly and you don’t want to have to go out and clean up after them, Brandon and Ryan are the ones to call. If you desire deck builders who are polite, punctual, professional and courteous, they are the ones to call. I predict a nice future for Brookwood Outdoor Living/Construction. They are the best.

We hired Brookwood Construction Group to build a new deck for us using Azek PVC decking and aluminum railings. Our new deck is beautiful and maintenance free! Ryan and Brandon are professional and courteous, their workmanship is excellent, and they were willing to customize and make the changes that we requested. They are dependable and reliable and we highly recommend them!

After receiving five estimates from contractors, we chose Ryan and Brandon. Brookwood replaced my front porch and steps with TREX, wrapped the posts, and replaced the railings with vinyl. Workmanship is topnotch. Everyone from our neighborhood who has stopped to talk to us comment how nice the work looks. It really makes the front of our house "pop." We will be hiring them to cover the back deck.

They did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anybody.

On time, courteous, work was done in a timely manner. I will be hiring them for another project.

I received 4 estimates to have a deck built. I am very glad that I chose Ryan and Brandon. They were very professional, courteous and dependable. They were on time, every time and produced a very sturdy, well-built deck. I highy recommend these two fine young men!

We hired Brookwood (Brandon and Ryan) to build a trex deck off or our existing deck. They presented us with many examples of the type of trex, railings and colors, and explained how the deck would be built. They listened to everything we asked them about building the deck and after presenting them with a photo of a deck design we wanted custom built, they took it and told us, they could build it. Throughout the process of building our deck, they kept us informed, giving us updates every day and made recommendations about enhancing the enjoyment of our deck as they were building it. They were very particular in that, they paid attention to every detail in their work. Their vision, knowledge, skills and abilities of building our deck was impressive. They did an excellent job, and we plan to hire them to complete some additional work.

My wife and I solicited quotes from a number of local vendors. We chose Brookwood Construction Group based on interactions with the team during procurement (they were great!), project guidance (such as showing us their previous work and options for what we wanted), and affordability (we had a large renovation project and their quote was very competitive). Simply put, this is the best home construction and renovation project that I have ever had, and it was due to the expertise and professionalism of Brandon, Ryan, and the entire Brookwood crew. All work was done on budget with no surprises.

Bonita/Aaron in G'boro, NC My husband and I wanted someone to build a detached two car garage to our home. Usually we always have a verbal reference for all of our projects. My husband noticed several advertisements on television about contacting home advisor for any type of home project. He contacted home advisor for a reference. Brookwood Construction Group, LLC was recommended. I was very nervous about hiring a company via the Internet. I am what you call old -school. We were very please with Brookwood Construction Group, LLC. Brandon kept us up-to-date on the progress of the garage. At the end of each work day, the job site was neat and clean. Brandon and his crew work very well together. They care about their work as if it was their own. After the completion of the garage, my husband and I hired Brookwood to update our deck. We would recommend Brookwood Construction Group, LLC for any type of home project. You cannot ask for a better company that you can trust.

Brandon came out on a Wednesday and took a look at our front porch railings that were old and rotted. He was able to take dimensions and provide pricing on Friday afternoon. We accepted their proposal and they were out Monday to handle the project. They finished the repairs on Tuesday morning and came back two weeks later to paint the railings. Would absolutely recommend them. They were polite and honest throughout everything. this is the second project Brandon has helped me with and will continue to use them through other projects.

We hired Brookwood to build a trex deck with handicapped ramp. They did an excellent job, kept us aware of what was going on during the process. They were very particular in their work and we plan to hire them to complete some additional products

They did an excellent job! Followed through on everything they said they were going to do.
