EXCELLENT (RELIABLE) CLEANING SERVICE! - Do you need a company to do heavy duty or light cleaning for you (or any kind of cleaning, actually!)? We have used @Broomhilda's team for for 1.5 years. They replaced several other cleaning teams (who were either unreliable or inattentive), and I could not be more pleased! They come in teams of two people; are very thorough; and very reasonably priced. Our lead cleaning person, consistently, was Tiffany, and she is communicative, expert at cleaning, and very kind! (If she is your lead cleaner, you will be fortunate, IMHO).

I hired them through â Broom Hilda cleaning service. Interestingly enough they do not bring brooms with them. I had to supply my broom.

Make sure you are clear if you want microwave cleaned. I was not.

The team worked really hard and was very charming. I'm glad I chose Broom Hilda.

Cleaner was not trained. Was unaware how to make a bed, did not clean hard surface floors along edges, only mopped center, skipped dusting 50% of hard surfaces. Cleaner had a pleasant personality.

None of the ladies did a thorough job without being prompted to re-do or do a little more. Even after making requests, the finished product was not good. They brought very few, inexpensive cleaning products with them and had very little energy.

I hired them to do a one time cleaning. Booking was pleasant. They were on time. I paid them and left. I returned just as they were getting in their car and they said I m all set. I go in my house and it smells clean. After inspecting I realized they didn t wash my kitchen floor, bathroom floor and at least the bottom of my toilet. I couldn t tell if they did the rest of the toilet because it was clean before. I didn t call because I didn t really want them coming back after I complained about them. I just finished the job myself and IF they called the next day to check on my satisfaction I would tell them. They didn t call so I guess they don t care.

The ladies that came were wonderful. Early but that was great! Very thorough and worked very hard. Went above and beyond. Would hire them again!
