None of the ladies did a thorough job without being prompted to re-do or do a little more. Even after making requests, the finished product was not good. They brought very few, inexpensive cleaning products with them and had very little energy.

on time 0-VERY courteous My house hasn't felt this clean for a long long time. I felt safe with the two girls that did my cleaning. They wore masks entire time I would recommend this company to anyone anytime

I hired them to do a one time cleaning. Booking was pleasant. They were on time. I paid them and left. I returned just as they were getting in their car and they said I m all set. I go in my house and it smells clean. After inspecting I realized they didn t wash my kitchen floor, bathroom floor and at least the bottom of my toilet. I couldn t tell if they did the rest of the toilet because it was clean before. I didn t call because I didn t really want them coming back after I complained about them. I just finished the job myself and IF they called the next day to check on my satisfaction I would tell them. They didn t call so I guess they don t care.

This was my second time hiring this company. The first time they were excellent, the 2 ladies did a thorough job and I was impressed because I had an House Warming Party and needed help cleaning. I hire this company again only to get a different 2 lady crew who were an hour late! I call and was told by the owner that their Cleaners "have up to an hour grace period to arrive at their next job" and that they were on their way. They arrived dressed like they were going to a Night Club, and one was complaining how tired she was from working at a previous location. Their vacuum clean broke and had to use ours. Later I discover dirt & dust in corners in many missed places! Because of their lack of consistency, I will not be hiring this company again!

"Sharon, I apologize for your bad experience the second time around. We do have 1 hour grace periods due to the amount of construction and traffic these days. I have spoken with the ladies that came to you and let them know how unacceptable it was that they were not in there uniform and that they were complaining in front of a customer. I am super sorry about the vacuum breaking, it does happen time to time as we can not control things like that, If you're willing to give us another shot to fix everything we would be happy to do so at no cost, please let us know and again we're truly sorry."

I am so happy I had Broom Hilda s some and clean my house. They are very reasonably priced and the ladies did an amazing job on my house today. Between an ailing parent, working full time and graduate school, I just couldn t keep up. The ladies came on time, were professional, and extremely thorough. My house looks and smells amazing. It s a huge weight off my shoulders. I highly recommend their services!
