Professionalism and Quality work is what you will get from Brother James. You will receive an estimate with scope of work listed, along with materials and labor itemized. I had a major reconstruction of the rear support wall in my home, house needed to be lifted 2 plus inches and new support beams installed, along with footings for support posts. Mr. Hernandez and his crew do quality work and I look forward to the spring when he will be installing 4 new patio sliders at my home. You will be 100% satisfied with Brother James Construction!

He came next day and gave me a quote latter the same day. It was a fair quote for the work to be done, I gave him a check for materials and he started the job the next day. He ran into a problem with existing porch when he he tore out existing porch and gave me an option on how to repair and what it would cost him to fix it. It was fair . He worked all day for 4 days and the job is very well done. I will use him again for other work on my house. It is an old building and is always in need of repair. Good quality work that is well done!

Mr. Hernandez and his helper were very professional. The job consisted of a difficult decking install done in our third floor attic area for installation of HVAC for the building, some lighting (LEDS)necessary for the HVAC install, and finally a 13 foot pull down ladder which was finished with a almost hidden door in the ceiling of the Center. All work was done neatly and cleanly. There was no interruption in the business or events in our Heritage Center. Further Mr. Hernandez's advice was greatly appreciated. The Heritage Center will seek Brother James Fine Carpentry for it's work from now on.
