Everything about Brothers Aluminum exceeded our expectations. They were simply excellent - great service, quality, professionalism, pricing. They are some of the nicest, most professional, personable and customer-focused company we've ever hired. We're so happy we selected them to handle our window and siding project. They replaced 27 windows and 5 patio doors and removed and replaced all of our siding and gutters. Teddy, the CEO, came to discuss the project with us on a few occasions, helped us make the right choices in terms of window models/styles and siding types, laid out everything as far timing, costs, financing options, etc. and were a delight to work with from start to finish. They executed each phase of the project flawlessly, coordinated deliveries, communicated every step of the way, and conducted everything on time, on budget as promised. Their crews - both the window install crew led by Gino; and their siding crew led by Manuel - were some of the best crews I've ever had work in/on our home. They showed up on time every day, were supremely competent in their duties, maintained a clean job site and were a delight to be around. Brothers Aluminum is the only option you should be considering for your home improvement needs. They were so wonderful to work with, I wish I had more work to give them. We're 1000% satisfied and am sure you will be too.

I am a retired architect and a quality fanatic. I hired Brothers Aluminum Corp. to reside my home and to add a portico. This is the finest, most professional, friendly, customer-centered, company that I have done business with. I never felt pressured into any â upsellingâ that usually happens with other competitors. It felt that my best interests were always the priority. Excellent work from the whole crew. Kris was always available to address any concerns that I had. The craftsmanship and attention-to-detail Elvis and his crew showed was the best I have ever experienced. The job was scheduled and completed within the aggressive time frame. The house looks beautiful â it surpassed my expectations! There were a few minor wrinkles, as to be expected. They were always pounced upon and corrected perfectly. It was a pleasure working with Paul at Brothers Aluminum. He was very professional, polite, and courteous. He answered all of my questions and gave me excellent service. He was very prepared on the day we met and gave me a nice presentation with samples and references to specific materials which would be used for our extensive project, He was easy to talk to and did not come across as a pushy salesperson at all. The work which was completed on time at my house was outstanding. We are constantly getting compliments from our neighbors, Thank you, Brothers Aluminum for our "NEW LOOK"! We are very pleased!

After 67 years, we decided to upgrade my motherâ s home. We first called Renewal by Anderson to see what it would cost to just upgrade 11 windows. The estimate was literally three times what they paid for the house in 1954. I next called Brothers Aluminum and spoke with Elias. We explained that we were looking to upgrade the windows and do the siding. We explained we were cost conscious as my mother is on a fixed income. Elias came out and provide us with affordable options that were within our budget and considerably less than the Anderson option. When it came time to do the work, it was done in a fast and professional manner. The crew that came was professional and prepped the worksite to make sure there was minimal damage to landscaping and other objects on the property. The majority of the work was done within 2 day. During this time both Elias and Theo came on site to make sure everything was being done to the highest standards. Based on this work, I contracted with them to do additional work that was needed. I recommend Brothers Aluminum without reservation. They were easy to work with from proposal to the final nail. They delivered exactly what was promised.

Over-promise, under deliver. Run!!!! this was by far the worst experience. The only thing they got right was the siding. the sales guy, Jimmy is like a snake oil salesman who misleads and over promises to get the sale. He also promises all these bells and whistles and when the time comes he finds excuses not to follow through on those promises. A deck that was supposed to take 1 week to build took more than 3 months....3 months to complete!! These ruined parts of the summer of children. They could not go out in the yard to play. the staircase had to be rebuilt twice because it was not even close to being built to code. The railing height was well below code and each section was a different height. The railing was also screwed into the empty PVC sleeve/post bc the 4x4 wood post was not inside the PVC sleeve as it should have been. That had to be redone. The staircase had two stringers when it should have been three. Each and every step on the staircase is a different size, and the steps were not centered. There was almost a 2 plus hangover on one side (depending on the step) and 1/4 if that on the other side. The riser on the bottom step was 11 1/2 high on one side initially. Most of the steps have numerous screw holes on each side. Looks like swiss cheese. my new neighbors and my sister were considered using brothers but decided to use someone else after the debacle that went on here. I would never use them again. I have already found someone else to re-do our patio which will happen in 2 weeks, and I will be finding someone else to do my 3 bathrooms and kitchen. it will not be brothers!!! overtime they did send a couple of guys to fix most of the issues mentioned above, and they sheetrocked a 4x4 section of an interior wall where an air conditioner was removed which was not part of the contract, but this was a terrible experience from start to finish. Run.

Excellent quality of work . Prompt, clean. A pleasure to deal with. Very happy I hired Brothers Aluminum to do my siding and gutters.

Hired Mike and Brothers Aluminum to do the windows, siding, door, stoop and sidewalk in front of my mother's house in Brooklyn. Couldn't have been more pleased. Fair price, good communication, responded quickly to any questions/concerns. Work done quickly, cleanly, carefully and looks great. Hoping I won't have to have siding or windows done for another twenty years, but if I needed the work done somewhere else, I'd call these guys again in a second. If you're in the market, definitely worth giving Mike and Brothers Aluminum a call.

At first they replaced my roof and also replaced the plywood underneath the shingles, then a few years later we hired them again to replace the siding on our house, then a few years later we had them replace the two skylights in our daughters bedroom. The work they did was excellent all 3 times. We definetly would use them again. We highly recommend them for any home improvement.

We just had Brothers replace our roof and siding. I think it would hard to find a better company to deal with. It was quick and easy to get an appointment to go over options. Elias spent a good deal of time with us, explaining everything, and even making some suggestions that were extremely helpful. We were mot impressed with his honesty and integrity - no typical 'salesmanship'. The completed job is flawless - no detail left undone, and our home was as clean and tidy when they left as when they started. We were so confident in Brothers' integrity that we didn't even get any other estimates, but we feel that the price was very reasonable, and we could not be happier that Brothers did this work for us.

Recommended by a family member, I engaged Brothers for two major projects. The 1st was to install 22 Alside Mezzo windows followed by install of Prodigy vinyl siding (entire house). As a prerequisite to the siding work I needed a new A/C unit wall installation. Mike recommended his brother (a carpenter) who did an expert job making the cut with a hand saw so as not to damage my old plaster & lathe wall. Both the window and siding work was very professional looking, well finished, no sloppy loose ends and all completed in a timely fashion. I got numerous compliments on the appearance and quality from both laymen & workmen and did I mention this job was done in 2015 and the compliments are STILL coming 3 years later! I plan to engage them for a kitchen remodel job this fall. This is a great team & I highly recommend them. See ya soon Mike!

Work completed in a timely manner? Crews that work extremly neat and are respectfull of the customers property? The look of new windows, door, sideing and cultured stone work that looks fanatastic? Well, thats what Brothers did for me. with no suprises. I cant tell you how satisfied I was with how all the workers respected my property while on the job. No trampeling on my lawn, no tools and equipment strewn all over my property and each days clean up had exceeed my expectations. My Kudo's to Charlie and his sideing gang, Tommy and John's precise window and door installations, and the phenominal stone work completed by Antonio and his crew. Not to mention Theo who was on location sometimes 2x's a day making sure everything went according to plan. Thank you Elias and Brothers for a job weel done!!

Siding and Cambridge patio installation: Good value and pricing. Both jobs turned out 9.5/10 (i'm a perfectionist) Any issues I had were rectified without a problem. Work was done in a timely fashion despite fighting the incoming winter. I generally do not recommend contractors but have recommended them to several of my neighbors and friends.

I hired them to put in new siding, roof and windows. They made many errors including ordering the wrong windows which delayed the project. A week or two after they were done my flat roof started leaking. I was told a few times that they would come back and fix the flat roof which looks like someone patched it and does not look new. At least the patch job is holding up so far.

Brothers siding and their team exceeded my expectations. Great workmanship and very professional.the installers we're great, Fedi is a true craftsmen, beyond talented.Elias was very helpful,educated us in what was really important and gained our trust from the start, unbelievably accommodating, we recommended a friend in Oceanside and she is having Brothers do the siding at this present time. I was searching for a good company to do the siding on my house. I came across Brother's Aluminum thru a Google search with my zip code. They had great reviews, so I thought I'd give them a try. Boy, they did not disappoint! The customer service that was given from Elias was absolutely amazing. He explained every phase of the project, answered every question my wife & I had, and answered every time we called with any minor concerns. This company does extremely high quality work and we're extremely happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Brothers for any project you might have. You will not be disappointed .

Brothers Aluminum was my 5th and final quote when I redid my roof 4/19. After speaking with Mike I realized how much more detailed he was in not only explaining the process and products being used but the actual quote. The others left so many details out about what exactly they'll be using (name brands), how many nails per shingle, etc., not Mike, he laid it out precisely. He has been extremely responsive through text messages and calls (usually within a minute) whenever I had a question or concern. The tipping point of going with him was the GAF Master Pledge, this was important because as much as I got to trust them I am not a contractor by any means and they could have easily cut corners without me knowing. With the Golden Pledge someone from GAF comes to your house to inspect it to ensure it was done right, an unbiased professional. Please do your own research on GAF's website to understand why this is so important especially when it comes to warranties (because it is). The crew did a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get work done. I'll be calling them in the future when it's time to redo the siding.

work done: 4 windows replaced, new siding & trim + new roof. Finally, a home improvement company who actually does what they promise! Quality work and completed in a timely manner. from sales to workers to people in the office, are all very nice and easy to deal with. prices at the higher end, but well worth it.

We have lived in our home 50+ years and this was by far the best contractor we have ever used with Fine work,clean up, and very reliable. The price was also very fair. Our 60 year old home looks like a new. We will not hesitate to use them again.

Wanted roof, siding, front entry redone. We have no contacts in the industry. Not like us to hire without research based on a friend or neighbor's single experience, so ...took 3 weeks to interview and receive quotes from more than 11 companies. Checked online. Drove around to see work. In the end, VERY HAPPY with our decision to go with Brothers. They ripped and replaced roof, ripped and replaced siding, and redid front entry. Their are Certified Master Elite for GAF installations - you want that (research it). Expected a bumpy road, but here are the surprises... Elias, one of the owners, was our project manager and was frequently on site, workers were fast and skilled, (and spoke of their loyalty to the company - no day workers here), all promises were delivered on: 1- work was done exactly per our detailed specs. 2- work was done by our tight deadline as discussed (weather cooperated). 3- work was done on budget - even after a few unforeseen problems arose which were quickly dealt with by the company at their expense. Bottom line - as a business owner / attorney I am very particular when I do things. You won't go wrong with these guys. They earned my business and I will utilize them again without hesitation. *This is a real review - no prior dealings/ relationship with this company or anyone associated with it*

The roof looks beautiful and was finished in less than a day. The work men were really nice and did a really good job of cleaning up afterward.
