I set up an 11am appointment, and no one showed up. When I called to follow up at 2pm, they were not aware of my appointment that I made with their rep. They rescheduled a later appointment time for 5pm, and an hour before the rescheduled time they called me and said they did not have a mechanic available. This repair company has horrible customer service, clearly they have no consideration for their customers, and they don't have the slightest clue on how to run a business. I waisted an entire day waiting on an incompetent, z list company.

They did a good job on my gas line. We're very courteous.

We (Me and my Father) asked them to come to our home to give us an estimate on getting the water connections added to our new refrigerator, the man that called said that they'd arrive at our home between 2-3:00 pm, it hit 3:00 pm and they still were not here My father and I couldn't wait any longer because we had an important errand to run at 4:00. No call to alert us that the guy was going to be late. It was 4:26 pm when he rang our doorbell (we have a security system that shows us live feed on anyone who approaches and rings the bell).

A+ Repaired my microwave.

I called to have an old gas stove removed from the apartment & a new one installed. On the day of the appointment the technician was running late in the morning and offered to wait in the area and come in the evening, rather than making us wait another day. Everything was polite and professional. However, upon arriving at the apartment, the technician told us they could not remove the old gas stove and that they thought the appointment was only for installing a new one. In addition, the technician became very aggressive at this point, raising his voice at us and at the business owner's son, Jose, who remained very polite & tried to calm the situation. When we told Jose & the technician that we were unhappy with the miscommunication about the service, the technician told Jose to get in the car & leave, but a minute later told Jose he would not leave until Jose got some money from us. We paid them for installing the new stove and Jose assured us that he would call someone to remove the stove for us the next day to resolve the issue. Unfortunately this never happened, despite repeated phone calls and assurances that it would be taken care of, so we dealt with the stove ourselves. I will say that Jose & his mother, who own and operate the business, are very polite and professional, but the technician was not. Happy with the stove being installed, unhappy with the service experience as a whole.

They came to service my refrigerator the same day I called. They did an excellent job and were very cordial. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

They are very professional at their diagnostics to the core of the problem, it was a quick repair, they had the part in the warehouse and the repair was completed the same day. Thanks a lot Jose.
