George came at 7:00 pm, my refrigerator had stopped working. The compressor was out, our quote was $650 - $700, we had an upgraded compressor which took out total to $975. It works like brand new! Thank you for coming late and we appreciate your work ethic.

They came and could not identify the washer problem. I noticed they scratched the paint while opening top part of washer and did not close it properly. Seeing a gap between top part and below due to not sitting properly while screwing. I would call experience people to find out problem.

I called the day before. The young lady who answered was very pleasant and helpful. Yuiry was prompt, checked the issue and was able to give me a quote within 30 minutes. Work was done in an hour! I have been pricing around and the service I received just on the phone was enough for me to keep looking. It was worth the wait to finally find Brother's Appliance, LLC.
