They were very professional and did an excellent job. I have already recommended them to several people.

I hired them to repair drywall in two areas of our home. The young man that calls and sets everything up is very respectful and great with customer service. There is a language barrier between the ladies that dis the work and us so we constantly had to call the young man back to translate. We ran into 2 problems though. 1. When they did the repairs to my ceiling they left the paint that got into our walls there. I assumed that hiring them and getting a quote would include them repainting the walls and walking out with a finished project. Instead we finished one project and because they had painted our walls we had to have them quote us to fix that (even though they did it) or fix it ourselves. It was never communicated that there would be residual paint on our walls and it would be our responsibility to fix it our have them add that to our quote. Brenda seemed frustrated as the man translated our frustrations to her from the phone and just kept justifying that that was how it had to be done and wasnt understanding our point. To end an argument we just asked them to quote us to repaint our walls and had them come back another day. They did work hard and it looks good but after the plaster dried we did have to repaint it ourselves a week later cause the color didnt match. 2. We had informed them that we had not received the funds for the insurance claim to pay them and would reschedule. They were very nice to let us pay them when we got the funds a few days later. Again language barrier, we asked the young man if he wanted me to bring them the cash and he said no to send it via wire transfer from my bank to Brendas account. I did so and explained it would take a few days to get to them since it was NFCU to wells fargo. He agreed. 2 days later Brenda shows up at my house with her daughter who was maybe 13 to translate asking for the money. I explained I sent it via wire as directed and she rolled her eyes and looked at her daughter and sighed as if I was making this up. Her daughter then told me that she has not seen anything from her bank and I told her she would not for a few days. That is how it works. Again brenda looked at her daughter like I was some liar and as if I could not see her giving these dirty looks about me, rolled her eyes again, and shrugged saying ok. They left and I never heard from them again. Really did not like how Brenda treated me and her customer service skills are very poor but her work was pretty good aside from the walls having to be painted again. The young man however was really good and apologized to me for what I assume is his mothers actions. Probably would not go with them based off of Brendas treatment but their prices were amazing and very fair.
