They emailed and said that they would contact that Thursday to let us know what the start time would be the following Monday. There were no further emails or calls. There was a delay with arranging with Georgia Power to turn off & disconnect the power to the house, however, it would have been nice to get a updated call or email.

Cory Collins was extremely knowledgeable and explained all our options and really listened to our concerns and came up with a plan that has worked fantastically. We no longer have a Niagra falls coming off our front porch, no leaks, and no overwhelmed gutters since everything is sized well.
