They don't stand behind their warranty. Their obvious way of doing business is to say you have a warranty. But run for the hills if you try to get their attention.

"Roger, we are sorry to hear that you feel this way. We do stand behind our warranty and are always willing to address any issue that falls within the warranty terms. In this case, the gutter guards were installed on an existing gutter system that we did not install. After your initial concerns, we returned and upgraded your guards at no additional charge in an effort to help improve the situation. Based on our review, the ongoing issue appears to be related to the size and water capacity of the existing gutter system, not a defect in the gutter guards themselves. Unfortunately, gutter guards cannot increase the capacity of an undersized gutter. The proper long-term solution would be to upgrade the gutter system to a larger size that can better handle the volume of water from the roof. While that type of system upgrade is not covered under a guard warranty, we would still be happy to discuss options if you would like to move forward."

Seamless Metal Gutters - Install
I signed a contract that had an un noticed incorrect color spec. They came out, removed the guttering and began installing what I noticed to be the incorrect color. Informing the installer, they packed up and left me WITH OUT GUTTERS. Then, the worse happened, it rained with the water pouring into my window wells.

Love this company, professional service and attention to detail. Pay little bit more than expected but well worth it. They clean up after themselves and they remove an electrical wire that serves no use without being asked too. He also put a metal plate to cover a hole that birds was coming through to build nest. That show caring that now days are lacking from company that just about money. Brothers Gutters don’t stop what you doing the world needs this badly. Thank you 🙏🏽 much.

We had a bit of a smaller job so we didn't quite meet their minimum cost per job, but they did a full inspection and cleaning of the entire system to make it worth our money. Very easy to work with and very friendly service tech and estimator.
