"Unfortunately, as a small family-owned business, we understand we will not be able to make or keep everyone happy. We try to take care of every one of our customers to the utmost standards. We did want to add some context to this specific review as your dates and even information is very skewed. The damage done to your ceiling (nails backed out) was there before our installers entered your attic. Before installation, we noticed in two separate areas the hallway and a guest bedroom that nails had been backed out. The hallway is 4ft-6ft away from the work area and the guest bedroom above the door threshold is 8 ft-10ft away from the work area. I watched the main installer stay well within our work area which was the front side of the furnace mind you the damage was 4-6ft and 8ft-10ft to the rear of the furnace covered with multiple feet of insulation. If any of our installers had stepped on your ceiling drywall, they would have fallen through not backed out nails in multiple different locations. Our lightest crewmember is 160lbs and he was not there that day. Your replacements were installed in early August and your furnace safety switch shut the system down in November due to a clogged drain. In which you stated to us that you have not changed your filters since the day of installation (3 months). We told you we could be out to you the next day to look at your system as we were in Muncie Indiana helping with a Planned Parenthood that day. We have trip tickets, gas receipts, and witnesses. You insisted on having another company come out immediately instead of honoring our free labor warranty. The other company cannot honor our labor warranty and they charged you to unclog your drain. We came out the next day after the other company had fixed the "serious problems". Our safety switch to your coil had been taken off and dismantled and your safety switch to the drain pan had been unwired. We inspect the equipment post-installation and what we saw was not how we left your furnace back in August. We also cleared your drains a 3rd time before leaving due to the amount of buildup again. If you fail to take care of your equipment we cannot prevent the results of your situation. You did fail to mention in your review the amount of harassment and extortion you attempted to do to a small business like us. You did receive a Cease and Desist letter from our lawyer for Extortion and your response to that was to leave a very misinformed review. We are truly sorry so many customers before you continue to enjoy our services, and we will continue to strive to keep them happy. - Adrien Culbertson"
