I had interviewed about 10 companies before I made my decision to go with Brothers. I did a lot of research to make sure I understand what really matters when buying and installing new windows. Brothers had the best price, the best product and best credentials - was no brainier. They are very professional, in fact they even did something beyond my expectations. I had an offer for 0% financing for 15 months through a CC company, but had to wait for the check.Very professional, from the sales consultant to the installation and back office support.

The contractors were very pleasant to speak to although one of them spoken little English (primarily Russian). I was a little upset as they did not show me how to use the "security lock," nor the lock for the screen door on the sliding glass door. I, to date, do not know how to use the "security lock" and have contacted the agent who sold me the windows and am awaiting a response from him. He was supposed to come out on Saturday, 5/29 after 3 p.m. and he never showed up nor did he call. Am still waiting to hear from him. Other than that, the windows are fine except hard to open.

They did it in the time frame promised. I had all the windows in my home replaced and very pleased with the quality. The installers were very professional and you can tell they were experienced. They are not a 'high pressure' type of company, and seem a bit low key compared to others. They do have a sales room to visit and see the windows and ask more detailed questions. I love the new double pane windows and they do qualify for the tax energy saving credit. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Very good experience. Every step of the way was very professional. Price was competitive. Installation took about half a day for 6 windows. Pleased with the windows and their work. They even spent effort to clean the glass after installation - although I woud have preferred if they left the CRFC labels so I could verify the type of window they are.

Originally I was told the project of eleven windows would potentially take two days. When the team of Mike, Brian, and Mario showed up Mike said the job would be finished my 2:30. I was absoultely amazed at the pace the work was performed. The fellows were great not only in the way they performed as a team but with their pleasant sense of humor and having an enjoyable time at doing what they did. They consistently addressed positively any issue or concern we raised which were more of curiousity than anything related to the installation of the windows. The job was actually completed in record time. They were GREAT.
