Rough experience with communication with BRG, Timeliness of completion, quality of flooring work they did. Did not finish on time nor did they come back to finish the shoddy work. We ultimately had to find another solution to finish our project.

I thought this would be a smooth process but the lack of communication on their part has turned this into a bad situation that I wouldn't recommend to anybody.

"It is very unfortunate that your pool installation was delayed for almost an entire year. We understand that this was a major inconvenience for you and unfortunately we couldn't build your pool deck without the pool installed. As outlined in the agreement, these setbacks are out of our control and we tried our best to reschedule your installation during the height of deck season and during a global pandemic that made material availability particularly difficult. We had repurchased all of the material at a 25% cost increase to us and had it delivered on-site for you. Good health and blessings to you and your family going forward. Sincerely, BRG"

The project went as planed. Materials used were of quality. The clean-up after the job was complete was excellent. Couldn't ask for better workmanship.

Excellent quality of deck framing design and deck installation. Good quality materials. Also successful repair of rotted wood under sunroom - difficult to do while not damaging the glass above the repaired framing. Appropriate level of skills for the tasks that needed to be done. Took quite a bit longer than estimated. Communication with customer could be better. We had to call to find out if workers were coming and what was planned to be done every day. Sometimes short staffed with multiple jobs in progress and reassignment of personnel to other jobs. Pleased with the results

After two strong storms we were getting a leak into our home. Brothers repaired a section of our roof and trim that was the source of the leak, even installing flashing to help mitigate the potential for future leaks. From the video assessment at the beginning of their consult to the courteous and timely work we will hire Brothers again for their responsive customer service and quality workmanship. They do great work on gutters, too!

Ron is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of home construction and has provided fantastic service. He and Josh have a solid, hard working crew and I would not hesitate to hire them again!

Quoted kitchen floor for 5 days which actually took 3 weeks. So basically was without a kitchen for 3 weeks. Never worked a full day, earliest arrival was 10:00 worked for an hour left for a 2 hour lunch and were done no later than 3:00. This job was completed in February, by July the grout is cracking and they do not want to return phone calls. They took molding down to do job that they never reinstalled. Mortar and grout all over kitchen cabinets which was never cleaned. They grouted the floor and left for lunch without cleaining it and then came with mops to do it and have had problems with grout since. Never reattached the kitchen island.

These customer remark do not reflect our true character and service quality. These are exaggerations. Any problems brought to our attention were reconciled. The grout problem was do to a product quality issue confirmed by the manufacturer. Attention!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dear Prospective Customers, This is an unrelated, non-company review from over a decade ago that was mistakenly placed here. We are working with HA concerning it is removal. They are neat, polite and do good work. The only negative aspect of doing business with them is that they are not very good with running on schedule and there have been several instances where problems with communication caused a delay where work was interrupted in the middle of the project. I initially hired them to do a bath remodel with a 3 week time frame. The project was on budget but took 7 weeks to complete. The workmanship and pricing was good though so we contracted for a 2nd bath. So far that project is on schedule and within budget.

"Project hold up was do to a granite counter-top broken by the supplier while retrieving it from the warehouse. Unfortunately this held up progress on the bath remodel. Though we work as hard as possible to avoid them, instances like this are not uncommon to see in home improvement. As always it's a privilege working with you."
