Overall quality of work was very good; however, clean up afterwards was very sloppy, and they had to return. There was more damage to shrubs and plants around the house than I expected. While installing the roof, a crew member stepped through the ceiling of an upstairs bedroom - accidents will happen, but the crew left without saying anything to us, and we found the hole as we were going to bed. When my wife called, she was told they would make it right and that it was only a minor inconvenience. Hint: never tell a woman the hole in her ceiling is just an inconvenience - she will not be happy with you. We were told we would be contacted to let us know when the workers would arrive to repair the ceiling. No one called; workers just showed up as my wife was about to go out for the day. She had to cancel plans to be there with the workers. The ceiling repair was very professional, but the crew was unable to speak English which made the situation frustrating. Overall good work - just need to work on customer sensitivity and service.

They were able to complete a fairly large roofing project in one day.

We had two summer projects, new roof and whole house painted. Because of the very competitive price for both, we decided to have Brothers do both. The roof was completed in a day and no problems, the painting on the other hand was not as originally advertised and took months to complete. When we quoted the paint, it included multiple painters, scaffolding and spray guns. What we got was a painter with a ladder and a roller with the occasional helper. So there were so many places on the stucco that a roller with a shallow nap couldn't get. Along with other areas that were totally missed. If it wasn't for us, the home owners, going up on the roof and actually looking at the so called finished product (quality control) we would have been left with a partially completed project. It took multiple attempts over two months to finally finish. In the end I had to go up on the roof and remove downspouts and paint myself with the painter handing me rollers from the ground.

Very professional company with a very strong labor force of workers that take pride in their work.

They delivered the materials one day. The next day when I came home from work I had a new roof on my house and no sign of them being there. they cleaned up everything! Great company, would highly recommend.

Did a great job!

The quality of work was awesome, have not found a nail yet in our flower beds or lawn. The job was done in a day with 4 different levels of roof. We used this website to have them come out for an estimate and they had the best reviews and price for our job. Communication was great! The workers were polite! Would recommend to any of our family and friends.

Very efficient and thorough.....Cleaned everywhere while job was being completed. The Roof looked fantastic and would refer to friends and neighbors to hire this company.

They were fast, efficient,and they cleaned up around my house so well that I didn't even know they'd been there till I looked at the new roof!!

The roofing was very well done. It would have been nice if dimensional shingles were used ( we just assumed that they would be). There was a $4000 increase in the estimate due to the home needing all new sheeting under the shingles. We later learned that the insurance co. would make a slight adjustment for the new sheeting but this information was not given to us by Brothers Roofing and I think it should have been.

Brothers ordered the wrong type of vinyl siding, I will live with that. Brothers has business cards - no Company address on cards or work orders. My cable tv, phone, internet through one cable, had to be pulled off the side of house and layed on the ground, worked fine the whole time they were installing, They pulled the cable back up off the ground, after disconnecting from box, cable tv, phone, and internet were nocked off, I had to place work order with the cable company, my tv and phone and internet was out for 4 days before the cable company could make it outto fix the problem.
