Austin was polite, friendly, and professional. He did a great job for a fair price.

He showed up and gave an estimate came back very quickly and did the job he was very thorough and definitely would recommend him and use him again

Friendly,thorough, good value for money

Quick response and completed job quickly.

Had an immediate response to request for service. Prompt arrival. Both men are courteous, responsive, began work immediately and did an excellent cleanup job. Very satisfied with project. Will hire again next year.

Owner Austin came out to give estimate and set up a date to start project to replace my gutters. He had several workers come out the day of the project who did work hard on such a hot day, but Austin, the owner was only there in the morning for a short time, and not around to supervise them the rest of the day. I do not believe his workers had much experience as the new gutters leak around some edges, and one downspout area pools water right by the house, making for a wet crawlspace! The concrete patio area outside my sliding glass door which has an overhanging roof used to stay dry when it rained so I could leave my shoes and shelf there, but now it gets wet so I cannot leave anything there. The workers also hacked several of my trees and topped one of them so that it is dying. It is my favorite dogwood tree growing right outside my kitchen window and has been there longer than I have been at this house. When I say hacked, I mean they really just hacked these poor trees with some even having branches broken and hanging off the tree as it was not a clean cut. Austin came out once shortly after the *job* when I asked him to see about the trees on one side of the house. I did not see the other hack job on my dogwood and other trees on the other side of the house yet then. He admitted that they should not have done it that way. I called and texted him several times after that to ask him to please come out as the gutters seemed to be leaking, the downspout pooling, and the once dry concrete pad now getting completely wet. He kept saying he would come back out about 3 or 4 times and never did. I had also asked for a receipt for the job for my records which he kept saying he would leave in my post box but never did. In our last verbal communication by phone when he canceled on me yet again, he asked if the gutters were leaking from the inside meaning the side attached to the roof as he mentioned that at the estimate, he noticed a slight slant to the roofing. I guess if he felt this job would be a little different or more complex than other jobs, he should have stayed to supervise his workers, and is not doing so, should make up for his lack of supervision for workers that may not have had as much experience as he had, being the owner. The whole job has been a waste of money as the gutters are not doing what they are supposed to be doing...keeping my crawlspace and house dry to prevent mold. On top of that, my trees are dying! I am horrified that anyone would call themselves a professional in this field and do this to a client. It is beyond reproach to leave a client with this persons mess of a job and not even issue a receipt for the money paid.

Hiring these guys was a wonderful experience. These days it is difficult to get people to phone you back. Austin called me promptly, gave me an estimate, and was so polite. I will hire him and the rest of his crew again.

Austin and his team showed up on time and kept us informed about the project status. They were always professional and sensitive to any impact to our personal space and time. Social distancing was enforced.

I needed new gutters with guard all around house and after searching and getting quotes from many other gutter companies I chose Austin gutter and repair. His professionalism, pricing, and his team are top notch. He provided me a quote that was right on with what gutters and labor should cost. Other quotes I received were way too high. Austin came back the next day to follow up on the work and rechecked everything. A work. I highly recommend them.

Austin was timely and did a great job. I am going to use him again for my rental house. Highly recommended!!

Austin was very friendly and helpful did a great job

He was able to provide next day service after I accepted his quote and finished the same day.

He is a great guy.
