they were great! Always on time and worked very fast. they removed popcorn and painted. Basically redid our bottom floor. If there was something they didn't do, like counter tops they would tell you who to use and those people were great too! They will be my go to guys from here on out.

This crew removed popcorn ceiling and paneling and raised a sunken living room floor and painted. They were polite and respectful of our home and cleaned up everyday to make it easier for us to stay in the home while they worked. We will be calling them again for several more projects. We are very satisfied with this company!

Rick runs an excellent company that strives to fully satisfy. This was the only company that truly listened to our needs and made sure to explain all the possible options. He is trustworthy, courteous and hardworking. Brother and Sons are a true family owned operated business. They painted 5 rooms and 2 hallways. His crew is courteous and detail oriented. Not only did they remove items from the wall. They also moved the furniture and coverup our televisions to prevent damage. The end result was everything and more than we hoped for. Rick made my family very happy and proud of our new home. Thank you!

Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture Application, Repair or Removal

Rick up-sold the job by saying that they would do multiple small jobs along the way that never happened. They said that they would remove everything from the wall (alarm box, light switch covers, thermostat) before they applied the texture and paint but they didn't. Rick said that he was going to have some ladies come over and clean after the guys were finished with their work but he never did, and if he did they most certainly didn't clean anything. They stained our carpets. Someone from the crew left the fan on our AC unit running and that caused the system to overheat and had to be replaced.

"I agree with most things said with this customer the extras he wanted on just didn't want to pay for the extras and we couldn't do them for free and we did clean the house but we were told a cleaning crew was also coming in behind us to do a professional clean and on the AC they bought a HUD house didn't even know if they're AC Worth or not but having the charge for the extras he wanted on I guess put him in a bad mood the only thing I got to say is you can't make everybody happy he was happy with our quality of work or service and everything turned out fine"
