Chris came out for Broussard Mechanical and he was extremely nice, polite and efficient. He was able to source the problem with my plumbing and then fixed it. Had no problem explaining any of the process to me. Extremely reasonable pricing. Also, Jessie, in dispatch, was very enjoyable to work with on getting us scheduled. She as well asked me pertinent questions that helped us get the problems solved quickly. Very pleasant, polite and fun. Overall top notch group that I look forward to working with in the future.

It cost $214 for diagnosis, replacement of thermostat and checked the Freon. It seemed a bit pricey but they were very efficient and friendly.
