I hired Brown Bros Roofing to replace an asphalt roof that my elderly mother had installed almost 40 years ago. The estimator Mardy Kozelian was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He showed up on time, listened closely to our needs and explained the process and options clearly. He gave us reasonable allowances for any plywood or fascia boards that may have needed to be replaced. His well-detailed estimate was so competitive that it allowed for us to add replacement of the gutters with screens and downspouts at a rate well below any competitive quotes for just the roof. The owner Lisa Robertson, daughter of the founder, was also very helpful with my mother in selecting the best colors and style of shingles to go with the vinyl siding. She communicated the schedule, explained the work that would be performed each day. And continuously follows up to ensure we were satisfied. The workers were meticulous, thorough and ensured the work area was during the job. We were so satisfied with the workmanship and customer service that we hired them to replace doors and trip on the house as well. I highly recommend Brown Bros Roofing on your next project.

We had a great experience with Brown Brothers Roofing. They replaced our old asphalt single roof in one day, and they did a great job with clean up. They gave us a fair price for our roof replacement, and we are pleased with their work. Due to weather issues, we had to delay our project for a few days, and there were several texts and phone calls between myself and Lisa In the office. I enjoyed dealing with Lisa as she is very pleasant, and we had a good laugh over Mother Nature not being cooperative! Overall, I highly recommend Brown Brothers Roofing for their fairness, honesty and quality of workmanship!

Excellent service. The cost was well below another from a competing service. The scheduling was flexible for the best day for my time. The work crew arrived minutes before the time I was told they would start. All work was done in one very long day for the work crew. After the big winter snow season several years ago, Brown Brothers was the only company that I could get to do a small roof repair from snow damage, even though their schedule then was overloaded. That gave me additional confidence to go with them for this roof replacement. I highly recommend them.

Brown Bros gave me a fair estimate . I signed a contract and they were there in a week to do the job . They worked a long day and got the job . They did a great job and cleaned up like they were never there . Their customer service was excellent with all the details . Very impressed
