At Brown Design Concepts, LLC, our #1 goal will always be the complete and total satisfaction of all of our clients. However, we choose to approach every new client and job with a realistic expectation and understanding that, unfortunately, there will be times when a Brown Design Concepts client just cannot possibly be or just plainly decides, that they are not going to be, satisfied. [Consumer name withheld at their request] enlisted the services of Brown Design Concepts, a state licensed and fully-insured, general contractor. After thorough appraisal, [Consumer name withheld at their request] was informed and quoted as to what was needed for the long-term benefit of her investment. Ultimately, [Consumer name withheld at their request] elected to simply PATCH and PAINT which resulted in: an exemption of key elements of the job as originally quoted; a $700 decrease in budget from the original quote; a 24-hr delay in completion of the job due to client?s insistence on the use of out-dated and completely unusable exterior paint which had been stored in her garage for a number of years; and finally, a dispute over Brown Design Concepts refusal to perform the very same key elements of the job which were exempted, at client?s request, from our original quote. In order for these key elements to be completed, Client would have had to agree to the reinstatement of an additional $700. The Client was not in agreement and these key elements were not completed. In short, this client review is inaccurate and extremely misleading. As the owner of Brown Design Concepts, I pride myself on my work ethic and professionalism. While I find this client?s intent destructive, it should be noted that said review conspicuously omits any complaint as to the overall finished product.
