Rob was very accommodating and helpful. He took time to explain his findings in a easy to understand way. He even showed up early for our appt. He was also a little less expensive than the other inspector we considered. Price wasn't the deciding factor his attitude and honesty were. Glad we went with Brown Dog Inspections.

The inspection itself was very well done, friendly service, etc etc. Not quite sure poking around the house for a half hour constitutes a nearly $300 charge, that said, it was everything I needed to prepare to buy my house, and he did find several things that needed fixing, so in the end it was worth it.

Purchased a home after inspected by this company. It had to have a completely new roof for $10,000.00. he did'nt even check the roof!!! Appliances he said he checked were'nt working. I would never recommend him to anyone. He refunded my fee but who cares, still had to pay for the roof etc.
