"This customer never mentioned to us any of the issues she is talking about in this review. She did mention a problem with her stairs but we addressed it. As far as the tile, she never mentioned anything about it being uneven. All she had to do was let us know. We are a very highly rated company especially on other sites. We take our reputation very seriously. We reached out to the customer to see why she is unhappy. Not once did she say we were unprofessional or note any unhappiness. She was quite the pleasant customer as we were working with her, prompt payment and very agreeable. We can only address what is told to us."
